When you place an order on the "theFairy" website and successfully complete the payment, in-stock items will be arranged for delivery to your specified address within the designated delivery timeframe provided by the selected logistics company. Pre-order items will be dispatched within 14-30 business days. In the event of any delays, such as the pre-order items not arriving in Hong Kong as scheduled, we will notify you separately.

2. Shipping Information
a. Dispatch Timeframe: Approximately 1-3 business days after placing the order (excluding the order day), excluding public holidays.
b. Delivery Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Delivery service is temporarily suspended on Sundays and public holidays.
c. During festive holidays or in the case of a higher volume of orders or uncontrollable factors such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning, the delivery service may experience delays.
